'I was looking through my hard drive last week and found footage of my meal prep from 14 weeks out that I never posted. Oops! Click \"Show More\" ↓  So I thought I might as well share, even though technically I\'m 9 weeks out from my competition. Especially because I share my post-workout oat recipe that I got from Kelsey at Cooking is Pun.   For the most part, I\'m still meal prepping this way. I bulk cook a bunch of rice, turkey or chicken, beef, and a veggie. Then just portion them out as the week goes on depending on my mood.  I\'ll alternate between white and brown rice. I haven\'t noticed a difference in my digestion and neither cause fibromyalgia flares for me. They aren\'t Paleo but rice is gluten-free.   As far as meat goes, I\'ve been buying cage-free chicken or ground turkey. But have not been buying grass-fed beef. Because I am following IIFYM for my bikini prep, I\'m trying to limit my fat intake to align with the macros my coach gave me, and most grass-fed beef is only 85% lean. But it\'s all about choosing what\'s important to you and trying your best to eat quality whole foods, even if they aren\'t perfect.   Also I wanted to share the recipe for my post-workout meal. This is great for breakfast after I workout first thing in the morning. It\'s a mixture of oat bran, cream of rice, and protein powder. All of these ingredients are gluten-free. And the protein powder I use is whey but it\'s lactose-free.   POST-WORKOUT OAT RECIPE:  Pour oat bran into a bowl. I use the Bob\'s Red Mill brand, both the gluten-free and/or the regular. I haven\'t noticed a difference in my fibromyalgia (oats are naturally gluten-free). Add water and microwave for 3 minutes. Keep your eye on it so it doesn\'t boil over! Pour cream of rice in. Add a bit more water, microwave for a minute. Add protein powder.  Stir and enjoy.
